Cappuccino

Little Miss has a bunny! She named him Cappuccino, to please me.

Little Miss is definitely a mama’s girl, altough she is already 12 years old. Sometimes I tell her: “There will be a time when you will seek the company of others”. She replies: “No way! That’s never going to happen, ever!”.

Sweet, innocent girl.

But I am not the kind of mama who puts Don’t grow up signs on her child’s bedroom wall. That’s kind of selfish, in my opinion. Of course that I will miss her early years (I already miss her baby years), but I want her (and all my kids) to grow up, become an amazing, reliable, fulfilled adult.

Until then, I try to enjoy as much time as I can with this little lady, who is sweet, funny, fierce, delicate, stubborn, caring, cheeky, noble and brave. I try to say yes more than I say no, wich is quite difficult for a mama bear like me.

So, yes to bunnies. But still a big fat no to puppies. Sorry, girls. Hehehe.

My daughter just turned 15. She does love the company of her friends very much and her boyfriend but she still seems to really like hanging out with her old Mum too

We are the same way.....we have two bunnies (Buttercup and Leeli) and will never have another dog.

And I can relate to the growing up...my girls are 11 and 13. Oh how the years go by!

Oh, yes. The days are long but the years are short when it comes to raising children. <3
